To be eligible to register and maintain a pk44 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:
pk44 conducts KYC verification as a mandatory requirement for all Account holders. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification and, where relevant, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. pk44 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is completed to pk44's satisfaction.

Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all gameplay voided, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method of origin.
Each Player may hold only one pk44 Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held therein upon discovery of duplicate account creation.
When registering your pk44 Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated. You must notify pk44 promptly if any of your registered details change. pk44 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk44 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk44 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you, and you will be liable for any activity on your Account conducted using your credentials.
If you suspect that your pk44 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk44 support immediately. pk44 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
pk44 maintains your Account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. pk44 does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR transactions.
Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. pk44 may add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Account cashier and may vary by payment method and account status.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
pk44 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions using Pakistani payment methods. Processing timelines are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals — same business day under normal conditions; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) — same business day during banking hours. pk44 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or mobile wallet providers.
pk44 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme benefits. The availability, structure, and terms of all promotions are subject to change at pk44's discretion.
All bonus offers at pk44 are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement applicable to any specific bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms associated with that offer. Players must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the Bonus Balance (or winnings derived therefrom) may be withdrawn.

Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions take effect immediately. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk44 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any pk44 Platform content without prior written authorisation from pk44.
Game content available through the pk44 Platform is licensed from third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. The intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective providers. Your use of such games through the pk44 Platform does not grant you any ownership or other rights in the underlying game software or content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk44 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the pk44 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.
pk44's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability. pk44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or unavailability.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, pk44 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. pk44 shall not be responsible for any network connectivity issues on the Player's end that affect gameplay or access to the Platform.
pk44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk44.lol/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the legal framework governing your relationship with pk44.
By registering an Account on the pk44 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data, subject to the limitations and retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
pk44 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (including payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification services) strictly as necessary for the operation of the Platform and the provision of services to you.
pk44 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may escalate the matter to pk44's compliance team by requesting escalation via the same contact channels. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the pk44 team within ten (10) business days.
pk44's decisions on matters of game rules, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility — made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and the applicable game rules — are final and binding unless the Player can demonstrate a clear factual error.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk44 is incorporated and holds its Gaming License.
You agree that any dispute arising between you and pk44 that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction.
